Setting up an auto-reply inside Communication is easy. Just follow these simple steps, and your auto-reply will start working right away.
First, click on your menu at the top left and select the widget.
Now, select the widget for which you want to set up auto-reply and click on view.
Now, check Auto-reply for users, type your default auto-reply message, and hit the save button.
You can also personalize the message by using the available smart variables.
